2. In case of product return or exchange
BabyHub only applies returns in cases where the product is defective and does not arise from the customer, Specifically, these include the following cases:
- Defective product from the manufacturer, supplier.
- Product is damaged, pour, broken due to the shipping process by the delivery staff.

- The delivered product does not meet the customer's request because BabyHub delivered the wrong product or the wrong color tone, product type.

3. In case of not applying for product return
BabyHub unfortunately does not accept product returns in the following cases:

4. How to return products

- Accessories that come with the product and accompanying promotional items (nếu có).
5. Phương thức hoàn tiền
Product appraisal process will be needed 02 – 03 working days from the date BabyHub receives the product back. After getting the appraisal results, BabyHub will contact you via email or phone:
- If the order is eligible for return and the order is paid by you in the form of COD, BabyHub will transfer money according to the bank account number you provide.
- If the order is not eligible for return, BabyHub will return your order to the delivery address provided.
